Coping with an active monkey

Lina's going bananas trying to cope with Russell's hyperactivity and demands.

He takes cat naps during the day which can be 20 mins to 2 hours. When he wakes, he will wait 5 mins and then upon realizing no one is talking to him, he will start his grunting climaxing in a wail if nobody picks him up.
He wants to feed every 3 hours and wakes up like clockwork. You got 5 mins to get everything ready upon him awakening , smacking his lips.
It's almost impossible to get any extended activity completed with his unpredictable sleep duration and Lina's doing snatches of work and rest in between.
She is breaking out in rashes, eczema and some sort of hives (her mum calls in "Hong Mok").
Currently, for the Eczema, we are using Mustela (which is for the kid heat rash actually) and also a steroid cream from the dermatologist. For the hives, grandma recommended rubbing the skin lightly over with a heated ginger. Seems to alleviate some of the itch.

With her body showing these signs of stress, we have decided to get a full time maid. It is lucky we live here in Singapore where one can get a full time help more easily. We have asked for references from friends and hope to finalize on one soon. Grandma will be activated to do some cooking training.
